Homescoutt is a listings platform. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for any document claims they make. Homescoutt does not verify title or documents and is not a party to any transaction.

You must not post fake, duplicate or broker listings presented as owner listings. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.
